I specialise in portrait photography and personal portraits in the Kouvola region — portrait photography is my way of telling people’s stories through images. At the heart of my work is atmosphere: I aim to create images that feel genuine and moving, not just pretty settings. I want your portraits to reflect your personality and what makes you, you. I approach portrait sessions with a gentle, human-centred manner. We plan the shoot together: we discuss your wishes, style and the mood you want to convey. I provide a shoot guide and offer a planning call or a coffee meeting so the session day feels relaxed and natural. During the shoot I gently direct and encourage you — my goal is that you feel confident and authentic in front of the camera. My photography style is emotive and narrative. I enjoy working with soft natural light and intimate locations, though portrait sessions can also take place in my studio or at a location you choose. I photograph a wide range of personal portraits, including motherhood-style portraits, and I treat each session individually: no off-the-shelf packages, just images that feel right for you. The process includes careful post-production and beautifully delivered images. You’ll receive a password-protected online gallery where you can choose your favourites and order high-quality photo products for your home. I strive to make portrait photography an easy and meaningful experience — from booking onwards I support you so the final images truly reflect you. I work in the Kouvola and Kuusankoski area, and my studio in the Kymin Ruukki environment provides an atmospheric backdrop for portraits.
