I’m Atte Leskinen, a portrait photographer based in Järvenpää. For me, portrait photography is more than a single shot — it’s an opportunity to find and capture a person’s expression and character. My style blends the sensitivity of a documentary approach with the careful application of studio techniques: I seek natural expressions and genuine atmosphere while ensuring technically clean, readily usable professional images. As a portrait photographer I focus on creating a relaxed, trusting environment during the session. I always discuss your wishes beforehand — whether you want a modern LinkedIn profile photo, an official passport image, or a personal portrait that tells more than just a smile. Each session is tailored individually: we can use natural light, an urban setting, or bring studio-level lighting to the location where it works best. For corporate and LinkedIn headshots my aim is to combine professionalism with approachability. I advise clients on lighting choices, clothing and small posing tips so the final image supports the exact message you want to convey to employers, clients or your network. For passport photos I follow official requirements and strive to deliver images that are technically flawless yet human and natural. My photography process is clear and flexible: we meet or talk in advance to go over your needs, create a relaxed shooting environment and I select the best frames for post-processing. My work is built on experience, careful light control and a desire to bring out the subject’s distinctive features. Final images are delivered as polished digital files.
