I am Riia Camilla, a portrait photographer working in the heart of Kallio with core expertise in portrait and headshot photography. I work with a calm, people-centered approach — my goal is to reveal genuine expressions and personality in every image. Creating a relaxed and trusting atmosphere where clients can be themselves is central to my work. My approach is documentary-honest yet refined: I look for moments and expressions that tell a story without excessive posing. I use color, light and surroundings to highlight the subject’s character, whether shooting in the studio or creating more relaxed environmental portraits on the streets of Kallio. I pay close attention to details — expressions, body lines and lighting — so the final images feel authentic and timeless. The working process is clear and client-focused. Before the session we discuss wishes, style and intended use: do you want a portrait for a personal portfolio, a professional image for your LinkedIn profile, or images for corporate communications? During the shoot I provide gentle direction and create situations that allow genuine expressions to emerge. I deliver carefully edited files, ready to use online or in print. Although portrait photography is my specialty, I also offer corporate photography and professional profile shoots when clients need them.
