Fogenstad Photography is a portrait photographer based in Kerava, focused primarily on portrait photography — capturing people’s personalities and moments. My work is grounded in authenticity: I aim to create a shooting situation where clients can be themselves so expressions, gestures and small details come through naturally in the images. I approach portrait photography individually. I don’t use fixed formulas; instead I listen to your wishes and adapt the shoot accordingly — sometimes a calm studio environment brings out the best expressions, other times outdoor images convey personality more clearly. My working style is calm and I guide gently so the camera experience becomes pleasant and trusting. A particular strength is my professional eye for combining form, light and expression. In portraits I focus on what makes you you: facial expressions, posture and gaze. I also offer corporate and LinkedIn photos where I aim to convey a professional and genuine impression without artificiality. The images are practical — they work both on professional profiles and in marketing materials. The shooting process is designed to be easy: we discuss wishes and goals in advance, agree on location and mood, and on the day I concentrate on creating a relaxed atmosphere where the best expressions emerge naturally. In post-production I strive to preserve naturalness and personality, avoiding edits that remove the character of the image.
