Ninka Photography is a portrait studio based in Lohja, led by photographer Nina Röntynen. My work focuses on portrait photography where the aim is to capture authenticity and expression: every session is an opportunity to visually and impactfully tell a client’s story. That’s why I concentrate on portrait work — its mood, contrasts and the small gestures that make each image unique. My working method is calm and personal. Before the shoot we discuss your wishes and goals: whether you want a classic, documentary or modern look, a practical LinkedIn headshot or an official passport photo. During the session I create a trusting atmosphere so any tension fades and genuine expressions emerge. As a photographer I guide gently but purposefully so the result feels both natural and polished. Visually I often seek a balance between form and feeling: precise use of light, careful framing and compositions that emphasize expression. I work in my Lohja studio and, when agreed, on location — the choice always depends on what best supports the desired look.
